Ferrari F40

When I chose to draw the F40, I said to myself: "I can't draw it in black and white. This is THE Ferrari and it must be red!" so I decided to use colors.

I chose one of the latest tools I've acquired, it's called "Ecoline" and it's something similar to watercolor but with more "weight" and it already comes in liquid form.
I only used it to give the car a basic red tone, after this I picked up some color pencils and started to add shadows!

Afer all this, I colored the background with pencils, colored pencils and eventually grey and black marker.

What else can I say... I am quite satisfied with the result, even though I must use a heavier paper because this one got very wobbly when I applied the Ecoline color ç_ç
Keep in mind that the picture is extremely ugly, I had to fight with the light source and with the fact that the paper is not flat anymore (see above)... You can see it by looking at the column on the right, it looks deformed ç_ç

24x33cm 200g/m2 paper  ||  "Ecoline" color,  pencils (3H, HB2, 2B),  colored pencils,  markers (gray, black),  0.05 and 0.1 fineliner,  white gel pen.  ||  Time: about 10 hours
